Community Needs Assessment

Residents, service providers, educators and other stakeholders in Greene County will soon have an opportunity to voice their opinions as to what is good and what is lacking in our community through a “Community Needs Assessment” currently being conducted by Community Action of Greene County, Inc. A questionnaire covering such topics as employment, housing, transportation and emergency assistance is currently available on SurveyMonkey, using the following link...

The primary purpose for conducting the survey is to find out what service areas in our community need improvement. Conducting such surveys is a condition of funding for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), which funds Community Action Agencies nationwide. The survey findings will then be used to address those areas identified through partnerships and programs.
